The five Damage caused by Chinese Medicine

We know the world of Five-Phase, each organ system associated with a whole slew of quality ranges from bad to color. example: a person with constitutional Kidneys have a connection to black, moaning sound, odor, and taste salty. And that means that a patient who came up with dark circles under her eyes, moaning voice quality, and claimed to love salty foods may have some kidney problems, or tend to them. (He may or may not smell fishy acupuncture-we do not rely much on the person smelling these days.) Other patients may come up with a sing-song tone in her voice, love candy, and slightly yellowish hue. Clever acupuncturist will automatically think: Spleen problems.

Here we will talk about the five actions that undermine each of these organs. In the area of Five-Phase theory, each organ is weakened by a particular activity. This activity should be done (like everything else, of course!) In moderation, so do not strain the energetics of organ systems.

Too much standing Kidney strains. From our perspective, the Kidney meridian begins at the bottom of the foot. A shortage of kidneys is associated to the back, knee, and foot pain, and also have a strong relationship with the bone. If you constantly on your feet, the meridian is taking a beating. And obviously, if you work in a profession where you stand all day, you will definitely develop some back or knee pain. So, try to sit down once in a while. And if you can not, come see me to address some of the damage!

Sitting too much damage to the spleen. In TCM, Spleen controls the muscles. Sitting in one place for long damage to the muscles, making them soft and weak. Also, the spleen is related to problems with weight, which of course becomes a problem if you’re sitting on the couch all day. That lack of movement may also contribute to sluggish digestion. Get up, move, and do good to your poor Spleen!

Liver controls the tendons of the body, which means that the movement is too much damage to the heart. Again, moderation. Run several times a week = heart happy. Running a marathon a week? Your heart would not be happy. This unhappiness will lead to tendon damage, tightness, and pain.

Lung damage is too much lying down. Again, this makes sense in that if you spend too much time off, you do not build lung capacity or durability, which led to the overall weakness of the body. Lung emotional relationship is a sadness, and many people tend to stay in bed when they are depressed . which weakens the Lung .and then in turn makes it harder to get out of bed . which leads to further depression. This can turn into a vicious circle.

Too many “see” Heart damage. Liver is associated with blood vessels, so it is said that the blood be damaged by overuse of the eyes. By “excessive” eye, I believe they were referring to too much looking, rather than doing. In this era, we can take this as staring at a computer all day, rather than going out and experiencing the real world. Heart and blood to the movement and activities to flow smoothly, so that the movement needed to keep the heart healthy.

In short, get out of bed when you are done sleeping, moving, resting when you need to, and not excessive exercise. Easier said than done for many of you out there-but that’s what I’m here! hotels in Moscow
